    12. After warranty period expired, seller shall continue to provide buyer with necessary spare parts or components of equipment and service technicians, unless the parts are no longer available on the open market
    13. But All fee should be borne by buyer(including the express fee，maintaining fee, any travel fee, accommodation fee, labor fee, spare parts fee and more)
    14. If customer needs seller’s engineers at site for machine maintenance after warranty period, except all fee mentioned in above No.6 clause is undertake by buyer, buyer should also need to pay for engineer’s wage $250/person/day
